Centre for Legal Aid – Voice in Bulgaria (CLA) works to promote the rights of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers on the territory of Bulgaria, through legal assistance and advocacy. Since 2009, the CLA has promoted progressive legislative reform and raised awareness on asylum, migration and integration. The CLA is also actively engaged in protecting the basic human rights of undocumented migrants and its representation includes weekly visits to the detention centre for undocumented migrants in Sofia, Busmantsi district.
