Ahead of French President’s and French Foreign Affairs Minister’s visit to Morocco on Septembre 19 and 20, ACAT (Action des chrétiens pour l’abolition de la torture), EuroMed Rights, the FEMED (Fédération Euro-méditerranéenne contre les disparitions forcées), together with the FIDH, the LDH (French League for Human Rights) and French NGO Survie express their deep concern as to the possibility of DGST Diector, Abdellatif Hammouchi, being made Officer of the French Legion of Honour, as evoked in a recent declaration made by French Interior Minister Cazeneuve last February.
