A year ago, in an address to Morocco’s national Parliament, Interior Minister Mohamed Hassad, accused NGOs of hosting foreign agendas and of being detrimental to the Kingdom’s reputation and security. Ever since, many organisations, both Moroccan and international, have seen their activities banned and their foreign experts kicked out of the country.
