- On May 29 2024, the French Constitutional Court issued a decision consolidating the right of “undocumented” migrants to legal aid and to benefit from the State’s coverage of their legal costs.
- On May 14 2024, the Spanish government approved a law to restore universal access to healthcare. Migrants and refugees will be able to benefit from this universal protection, which was revoked in 2012.
