- On 29 October, during a state visit to Morocco, the French President and his Interior Minister, Bruno Retailleau, discussed a draft roadmap to streamline procedures and speed up the expulsion of Moroccans living in France.
- On 24 October, 20 people (Moroccan, Algerian and Tunisian) were sentenced to 8 months in prison for contempt of court during the mass departure to Ceuta on 15 September.
- On 22 October, during the 22nd meeting of the Moroccan-Spanish Permanent Joint Group on Migration, Spain declared Morocco a “priority partner” in the field of migration and thanked Morocco for its commitment and efforts in this field.
