On the 27th of December 27, a court ruled against freezing the deportation of 3 men of Ethiopian origin. The Times of Malta reveals that the latter had lived for years on the island despite their asylum applications being rejected. The judge nevertheless considered that they did not have exceptional links with Malta and that they did wouldn’t encounter any specific danger in Ethiopia.
