The NGO Statewatch has made public a letter from the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, indicating that she wants to strengthen the surveillance of the border between Bulgaria and Turkey. The aim is to reduce the flow of migrants to Europe. 600 million euros have been allocated by Brussels to this end.
