On 7 December, a boat that left Morrocco more than 10 days ago arrived in Almeria, Spain, with only two of the 11 passengers, 9 of whom are missing.
On 4 December, the Spanish Secretary of State for Migration, Pilar Cancela Rodriguez, welcomed the close cooperation with Morocco in the management of migration flows. She mentioned that Morocco and Spain are working closely together on circular migration projects and stressed the need to continue this cooperation.
