PG 1 : Reinforced Migration and Asylum Rights
EuroMed Rights continues to ensure that regional collaboration and advocacy in relation to migration and asylum, specifically in terms of implementing the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum, as well as safe and legal pathways and fundamental rights protections, will be improved. This will be achieved by supporting the work done through the Network’s members, collaborating in regional and national programs that enable to advocate for policy analysis, evidence-based advocacy, and enhanced cooperation in critical areas such as missing migrants, migration governance and accountability. EuroMed Rights shall also help to facilitate civil society collective advocacy concerning the review of the SNIA – National Strategy for Immigration and Asylum in Morocco. PG 2 : Advanced Gender Equality
In 2026, EuroMed Rights will further push for gender equality and gender justice in the Euro-Mediterranean region through the empowerment of feminist movements, advocacy for better legislation against gender violence, and the promotion of rights for women and LGBTQIA+. With regional collaboration, monitoring programs such as the Backlash Map, and common advocacy campaigns, EuroMed rights will seek to combat increasing hostility to gender equality in addition to building cross-border solidarity and advocating for necessary policy change. There will be an emphasis placed on preventing feminicide and working with women and youth-led organizations.

PG 4 : Safeguarded Freedom, Democracy, and Space for Civil Society
EuroMed Rights plans to strengthen democracy, freedoms and civic space across the region by supporting civil society organisations, human rights defenders, independent media and youth-led initiatives. Key priorities include supporting advocacy against restrictions on civic space in Tunisia, strengthening cooperation between independent media and press freedom in Egypt, and enhancing the capacity of CSO to engage with regional and international human rights mechanisms in Algeria.

PG 5 : Enhanced Economic and Social Rights
In 2026, EuroMed Rights will strengthen efforts to advance Economic and Social Rights by supporting civil society collaboration, monitoring, and policy engagement. Key initiatives include strengthening civil society engagement on economic and social rights in Tunisia, addressing economic violence against women, and supporting collaboration and youth-led advocacy on education, socio-economic inequalities, climate change and migration in Morocco.
