As reported by malta today on 20 October 2025, Malta’s Constitutional Court has upheld a ruling affirming journalist Manuela Delias’s right to access the Corradino Correctional Facility and other detention centres in Malta. The Court held that the authorities’ denial of entry infringed on his freedom of expression under both the European Convention on Human Rights and Article 41 of the Constitution.
