EuroMed Rights supports international efforts ensuring accountability for all crimes committed under international law on all sides of the current and previous conflicts. In particular EuroMed Rights advocate in favor of the work undertaken by the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

EuroMed Rights sees the current war on Gaza as part of a wider context of military occupation, structural discrimination, and settler colonialism.
