  • On June 25th, the reconnaissance plane of the NGO Sea-Watch spotted five bodies floating in the Mediterranean off the coast of Libya.  
  • On June 14th, 3 bodies were found on the shore, two on um Aqiqih beach and one on Elramla beach.  
  • On June 13th, as a result of a shipwreck off the Libyan coast, 39 people disappeared at sea and only one person was rescued by fishermen.  
  • On June 12th, a shipwreck off the port of Alshab, near Tripoli, left 21 people missing. Only five of them could be rescued. According to IOM, among the missing are six Eritrean nationals (three women and three children), as well as five Pakistanis, four Egyptians and two Sudanese. The identities of four other victims have not yet been established.
